Not entirely happy? No worries, we will sort it out together.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We want you to do your laundry with a smile, so we keep the process as clear as we can.
How does it work?
Get in touch with our customer service at hallo@bio-suds.com to register your return.
Costs: The cost of returning an item is at the customer's expense (around €3.95). If the product is faulty on arrival, we will of course cover the return postage.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned products, we aim to process your refund within 5 working days.
The amount is refunded automatically to the payment method you used at checkout.
Return conditions
- Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories.
- The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
- Please pack it well to prevent damage in transit.
Important: Because our strips are consumables, we deduct €1.00 for every laundry strip used when you return an item.
Responsibility
Bio-Suds is not responsible for delays or damage that occur while your return is in transit. We therefore recommend checking your parcel within 24 hours of receiving it and letting us know straight away if anything is wrong.
