Below you will find an overview of our shipping costs per country, estimated delivery times, information about the courier services used, and how to track your order. Orders placed before 17:00 will be delivered to your home the next day .

Processing time:

Orders are delivered within 1 business day. We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands .

Delivery time:

Our delivery time is 1 working day within the Netherlands. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary depending on the workload at PostNL, DHL or DPD.

To Belgium, Germany, France or Spain it can take 2 to 5 working days.

To follow:

Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the track and trace information of your order. This allows you to easily track your order and see when you can expect it.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hallo@bio-suds.com for further instructions on how to return your order. Please note that the shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.
