Bio-Suds Return Policy

Welcome to Bio-Suds Returns Policy! We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Below you will find all the information about the returns process and refunds.

Returns

• You have the right to return your order within 100 days of receipt.
• Please contact our customer service at hallo@bio-suds.com to arrange a return within this period.
• The costs for returning products are for the account of the customer, unless the product is defective. The costs are approximately €2.95
• If the item is defective, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

Refunds

• After receiving and inspecting the returned products, we aim to process the refund within 5 working days .
• The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.

Returns Policy

• Returns must be in the original packaging with all accessories.
• The product must not be used and must be returned in the condition in which it was received.
• Please ensure that the return shipment is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.

Responsibility

• We accept no responsibility for any delays or damage during transit of returned items.
• We recommend that you check the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if you find any problems.
