Washing machine step-by-step plan:

Step 1: Put the laundry in the drum.

Step 2: Place the wax strip(s) in the drum.

Tip: Tear the strip(s) and spread them out.

Step 3: Turn on the washing machine.

Excellent results even with cold (20 ° C) and short (30 min) programs!

Step 4: Hang up the laundry or use the dryer.

Step 5: Enjoy your soft laundry with a fresh scent!

Q&A:

Question: There are stains on my clothes.

Answer : How annoying! Stubborn stains can be difficult to remove. Place a piece of wax strip on the stain, wet it and let it sit for a few minutes. The wax strip will dissolve by itself. Once that has happened, you can simply wash the garment with the rest of the laundry.


Question: My laundry doesn't smell fresh enough.

Answer: What is experienced as fresh varies from person to person. Check that you are using the correct dosage as indicated in the manual. If you still find the scent not strong enough, try adding extra strip(s) until you achieve the desired result. Our recommended dosage is intended to clean the laundry with a subtle, light scent. Compare it to traditional detergents: for a more intense scent, you often use a larger amount.

Question: My laundry smells too strong.

Answer: That's easy to solve! You can use fewer wax strips to reduce the odor. Do you still find the odor too strong? Consider ordering our odorless wax strips for a completely neutral result.
